新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病36例报告 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的效果。方法 取新鲜羊膜治疗复发性翼状胬肉 12例 ,睑球粘连 10例 ,眼化学伤及烫伤 10例 ,蚕蚀性角膜溃疡 4例 ,清除创面后 ,10 0无损伤尼龙线缝合羊膜于创面上。结果  12例复发性翼状胬肉经治疗无复发。全部病例上皮稳定 ,植片透明 ,眼化学伤及烫伤蚕蚀性角膜溃疡 ,疼痛得到有效控制。结论 新鲜羊膜移植是治疗眼表疾病的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) in ocular surface diseases. Methods AMT was performed on 36 cases with ocular surface disease, 12 cases recurrent pterygium, 10 cases symblepharon, 10 cases chemical burn or burn, 4 cases Mooren ulcer. Results No pterygium recurred, 34 cases have stable corneal epithelial healing and transparent graft. Pain was controlled obviously in chemical burn and Mooren ulcer patients. Conclusion AMT is a useful method in the treatment of ocular surface disease.
