摘要
研究表明,向含汞污水中加入Na2SiO3能抑制汞引起的玉米种子萌发过程中的淀粉酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶和呼吸速率的降低,导致种子萌发和幼苗生长恢复.并且随着Na2SiO3浓度的升高,恢复效果愈加明显.
The results in this paper show that mitigation of diastases,lipases,proteases and respiration rate during maize seed germination,which is caused by mercury,is restrained when Na2SiO3 is added to foul water containing mercury,and thus seed germination and seeding growth are resumed.Moreover,the resumption effect is getting more and more obvious with the increase of concentration of Na2SiO3 solution.
