摘要
用水平式淀粉凝胶电脉法 ,分析了 5组 47尾实验鱼的肌肉和肝脏的 4种同工酶 ,研究了彭泽鲫的繁殖特性 .结果表明 :彭泽鲫 (♀ )与彭泽鲫 (♂ )的子代、彭泽鲫 (♀ )与鲤鱼 (♂ )的子代的同工酶电泳图谱与母本完全相同 ,不含有来自于父本的遗传物质 .可以认为彭泽鲫是行雌核发育的种群 。
kinds of isozymes in the muscles and livers of 47 samples divided into 5 groups have been analyzed by horizontal starch-gel electrophoresis in order to study the reproductive character of crucian carp of Pengze. The results show that the individuals in F 1 of crucian carp of Pengze and the offspring of female crucian carp of Pengze and male common carp have the same electrophoretograms as that of their female parent in isozymes. But genetic material of male parent was not existence in offspring. It is suggested that offspring of crucican carp of Pengze were clones of female parent in genetic composition and the crucian carp of Pengze is bisexual gynogenesis.
