摘要
系统地阐述了离子通道门控动力学中求解任意马尔科夫门控模型的开关持续时间概率密度函数的 Q-矩阵法的理论基础 ,推导了相应的计算公式 ,并用此法求解了 PC12细胞 K+离子通道门控模型的开关持续时间的概率密度函数 (pdf)
This paper described in detail the basic theory to compute the probability density functions (pdfs) of the open close duration of the general ion channel gating scheme by the Q matrix method. The corresponding formulae were deduced. The pdfs of the duration of the gating model for K + channel in PC12 cells were got by this method.
