摘要
乳腺组织是一种半透膜 ,药物在乳腺组织中以被动运转形成被吸收、扩散运行 ,哺乳期妇女在服用某些药物的同时哺乳 ,药物随乳汁进入乳儿体内 ,可使婴儿的血药浓度明显上升 ,导致某些不良反应 .
The tissue of mammary gland is a kind of semipermeable membrane, and drugs can enter the tissue of mammary gland in the form of passive transport. When the woman who is in her breast feeding period takes some kind of drugs, the drugs will enter the body of the baby when he takes in the milk and increase the concentration of the drugs in the blood which results in some side effects.
