摘要
在人类已进入 2 1世纪的今天 ,知识经济和信息化已成为重要的时代特征 ,人们比以往任何一个时期更加重视知识和信息的巨大作用。因此 ,文献资源的传播和利用的作用也更充分地显现了出来 ,文献资源共享将会进一步发挥这种作用。因此 ,我们要以新的思路 ,大力发展网络环境下文献资源共享建设 ,而现代图书馆情报事业及现代通信网络的发展 。
Man has already entered the 21st century and knowledge economy and informationalization have become an important feature of the new age, in which people attach more importance to knowledge and information. Therefore, the spread and utilization of document materials are displaying their increasing effect, and the present library information cause and the development of modern telecommunication networks provide the feasibility for sharing document materials.
