摘要
全面推进素质教育 ,培养创新型人才 ,既是新形势下国家作出的重大决策 ,也是时代的强烈呼唤。高校校报编辑作为特殊的教育工作者 ,如何培养自身的创新能力是每个编辑应该思考的问题。高校校报编辑应从思维超前、知识底蕴、业务技能、敬业精神、现代出版技术等方面强化创新意识、培养创新能力。
Implementing quality education and cultivating the new-type of talents are not only the grand strategies deployed by the state in the new situation but also the strong appeal of the age. Editors of college journals, being special educators, should taken into account the question of cultivating their own creative abilities by strengthening in their thinking ahead, knowledge, professional skills, utter devotion, modern technology in publication, etc..
