摘要
针对 shifrin积分变换的收敛性和实验上的可行性 ,讨论了 FD图象的采集方法和数值运算模型的误差对反演收敛性的影响。提出了以 PSD和 3C- CCD取代 SSPD,改进了原图象的采集方法 ,从而克服了 SSPD等光电器件性能的缺陷对测量效果的影响。同时提出了 FD图象的 3D数值处理模型 ,有效地解决了峰值饱和。噪声干扰 ,最终有效地获得了微粒光散射空间连续分布谱图 I(θ、Ф) ,为微粒粒度分布 n(D)
In this paper,the effect of receiving method of the FD image and the error in the mathematics and inversion are decussied detailly for the feasibility of Shifrin inversion in the experiment The new methods of the central framing by PSD and RGB equilibrium by 3C-CCD for the diffraction image receiving are put forward,that settles precision of central framing and solves the problem of peak-value saturation in using SSPD. The characters of PSD framing,3D-CCD response and processing method of 3D image data is researehed.After this,the continual distribution I (θ,Ф) is gotten and the distribution of particles' size n (D) can be inverted accurately upon these.
