摘要
提出了一种含有闪耀光栅的 CO激光器主副腔谐振腔结构。通过数值模拟 ,得出了主、副腔功率随闪耀光栅结构的变化 ,着重比较了两类特殊光栅的特点和各自适用方式 ,研究了主、副腔功率随光栅常数、激光波长的变化规律。分析表明 。
A composite resonator including glaring grating is introduced for CO laser.Through numerical simulating,some rules are given on power of two sub- resonators that change with grating structure,wavelength and grating constant.Especially,the specialties of two kinds of glaring grating are compared,and each use of two kinds of composite resonators is illuminated. Analysis expresses that the composite resonator including rightangle grating is suit for photochemistry.
