摘要
建立了火力发电厂用斗轮堆取料机卧塌过程中配重架下落过程的动力学分析模型 .分析配重架的运动和受力情况 ,给出了配重架运动学方程和动力学方程 ,计算得到斜拉杆和前铰支座处受力大小及其变化规律 .评价配重架的下落对斗轮机整体稳定性的影响 ,研究结论为事故的分析与鉴定 。
The dynamic model of the bucket wheel stacker is presented in this paper.The kinematic equations and dynamic equations of balance beam are obtained.The dynamic forces in suspending bar and the force acting on the front-support of bucket wheel stacker are calculated.The results agree with the data of the factory.The model can be used to evaluate the operation characters of bucket wheel stacker,and also is used to guide the designing of new bucket wheel stackers.
