摘要
对健美操运动的特点及健美操运动发展的趋势进行了分析 ,并进一步探讨了健美操教学的作用 ,把培养学生创编能力贯穿在教学的每一个环节 ,以此激发学生的学习兴趣 。
Based on analysis of features and development of body building exercise, the essay probes into possible way for students to develop their ability of composition which runs through each teaching stage. In this way, both students′ learning interests and teaching quality can be greatly improved.
