摘要
文章针对我国国有企业改制中在股权结构、治理结构、股份制规模等方面存在的问题 ,从系统论的观点出发 ,围绕建立现代企业制度这一改革目标 ,对影响当前公司制改革的各种因素、社会状况及改进、完善公司制的有关对策进行了探讨。
In this paper,the author analyses the problems existed in share power structure,administering structure,the scale of share system,etc.in the reform of the state-owned enterprises in China.On the basis of the point of view of System Theory,centering on the reform purpose of establishing modern enterprise system,the author probes into various factors influencing the reform of the present company system,the social state and the related countermeasures to improve and perfect the company system.
