摘要 随机检测 2 0 0例门诊就诊儿童的血铅、血锌水平 ,说明城市儿童存在慢性铅中毒现象。高血铅不仅有损于健康 ,且与儿童智商呈反比 ,故应加强科普宣教 ,指导改进儿童的生活方式 。 An examination of blood lead and zync level in 200 O.P.D. children chosen at random shows that blood lead level of 10.32~20.79 μg/dL in 92 cases, accounting for 46%, which indicates widespread existence of chronic lead intoxication in children in cities. High blood lead level is not only harmful to children's health but in negative proportion to their I.Q.level. So health education is important in improving children way of life and preventing lead intoxication.
