摘要
建立了CPT玻壳温度应力有限元计算模型 ,用SAP 5P计算机程序对该玻壳体在加热排气过程中的温度应力进行了计算 ,得到了玻壳体在不同变温条件下温度应力的分布规律。指出了升、降温阶段玻壳炸裂的不同原因 ,为制定合理的升、降温生产工艺温度曲线 ,优化玻壳体结构设计等提供了依据。
This paper builds a model of the finite element calculation for the CPT bulb, employing the software SAP5P to calculate the temperature stresses of the bulb when it is being heated and exhausted in the furnace. The useful temperature stress distribution for the bulb under the circumstance of varied temperature has been obtained. In the meanwhile this paper illustrates why there are different crack points on the bulb in the stages of elevated temperature and lowered temperature, thus laying the foundation for the reasonable determination of the temperature curve in production and the optimum design of the bulb structure.
