摘要
从光的传输理论出发 ,利用漫射近似方程 ,推导出当无限细脉冲光及连续光束垂直入射到生物组织表面时 ,生物组织表面漫反射光随空间及时间变化的解析表达式 .由此表达式出发 ,设计了一套实验装置 ,分析了生物组织光学特性参数的测量方法 ,以及如何对实验数据进行处理 .
From the radiative transfer equation, the analytic results of diffuse reflectance on tissue surface are deduced by diffusion approximation for both the time-dependent and the continuous wave source under the condition that a narrow collimated light beam is normally incident upon the surface of tissue. According to the results, we designed a device of experiment. The method of measurement for biological tissue optical parameters and how to process the test data is analysed
