摘要
选择 12 0例髋关节手术患者 ,随机分为抑肽酶组 (A组 )和对照组 (B组 ) ,应用抑肽酶静滴观察髋关节手术中患者的生理参数变化以及术中的出血量、输血量、输液量和手术时间 .结果表明 :使用抑肽酶前后各 10min的MAP、HR、SPO2 变化与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两组患者术中的出血量、输血量和手术时间相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,但两组的输液量无统计学差异 .应用抑肽酶减少髋关节手术出血的效果比对照组好 .
One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into Aprotinin group (group A) and contrast group (group B).Their physiological reaction and volume of hemorrhage,blood transfusion,fluid infusion,and their operation time were observed by using Aprotinin intravenous drip.The results showed that:10 minutes before or after using Aprotinin,compared with contrast group,the changes of MAP,HR,SPO 2 had no obvious difference ( P >0.05);while the volume of hemorrhage,blood transfusion,and the operation time were obvious different ( P <0.01) in both groups,the volume of fluid infusion in the two groups had no statistical difference.Thus a conclusion was drawn that Aprotinin can effectively decrease the hemorrhage in coxotomy.
