摘要
在分析网络经济时代特征的基础上论述了基于互联网的企业协作崛起的必然性 ;然后建立数学模型 ,对中小企业开展协作活动的效益与稳定性进行分析 ,揭示了中小企业和大型企业均能从协作中获利 ,指出通过互联网开展企业协作是现代企业 (尤其是中小企业 )的合理选择 .
Based upon the study of characters of Network Economy,an inexorable trend of rising abruptly of the enterprise collaboration depending on network technology is analysed.By discussing the profit and the stability of the collaboration for small and medium sized enterprises with mathematical models,the result explores that not only small and medium sized firms but also leading firms can make profits through cooperation,and points out that inter firm collaboration on the basis of Internet is a preferable choice for enterprises (especially small and medium sized enterprises) in network era.
