摘要
提出一种基于数字证书的密钥托管方案 ,用户和法律执行部门只需信任证书中心 ,无需大量的托管机构 ,简化了密钥托管管理 ,同时监听本身不会泄露被监听者的私钥 ,因此私钥不必因监听而更改 .
A new key escrow scheme is proposed on the basis of digital certificate,in which only trust certificate authority (CA)is need for user and legal executive department,therefore the management is greatly simplified.In addition,our scheme has advantage that the inspection can never reveal the private key of the inspected,so that the private key needs not to modify due to inspection.
