摘要
研究了 HCl溶液中 KBr O3-KBr紫外分光光度法测定苯酚的条件 .建立了测定痕量苯酚的新方法 .结果表明 ,在 0 .6mol/ L HCl,4 .6×1 0 - 5 mol/ L KBr O3,5.1× 1 0 - 4 mol/ L KBr,5.7× 1 0 - 4 mol/ L KI溶液中测定苯酚 ,其线性范围为 0～ 1 2 .0 mg/ L,表观摩尔吸光系数为 4 .58× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1 ,Sandell灵敏度为 0 .0 0 1 9μg/ cm2 .本法用于废水中苯酚的测定 ,结果满意 .
A new method for the determination of trace phenol is established.The conditions for the determination of trace phenol by KBrO 3 KBr and UV spectrophotometry in the HCl solution are studied.It is shown that the linear range is 0~12.0 mg/L,the apparent molar absorptivity is 4.58×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,the sandell sensitivity is 0.0019 μg/cm 2,respectively,for the determination of phenol in 0.6 mol/L HCl,4.6×10 -5 mol/L KBrO 3,5.1×10 -4 mol/L KBr,5.7×10 -4 mol/L KI solution.This method has been used to determine trace phenol in the waste water with satisfactory results.
