摘要 初步研制了一类单一组分的低温低甲醛和无甲醛型涂料印花粘合剂。选用自制反应性单体A、B ,在阴 /非离子复合乳化剂体系中通过有限制地引进交联 ,合成出聚合物胶乳 ,探讨和分析了粘合剂用量与牢度、给色量等性能的关系 ,并与其他类型的粘合剂进行了性能比较。试验结果表明:该产品粒径小且分布均匀;贮存稳定性好;印花织物在100℃下焙烘3min,其牢度达到国家标准 。 One component low temperature pigment printing binders with low or no formaldehyde have been developed. Polymer emulsion binder were synthesized with self-prepared reactive monomers A and B through confined crosslinking in anionic/ non-ionic compounded emulsifying agent system. The relationship between the dosage of binder and colour fastness/ yield was studied and analysized. A comparision between this binder and other types of binders was also made. The result indicates that this product has the advantages of small particle diameter, uniform distribution and good storage stability. Printing fabric with this binder at 100℃ and then curing for 3 minutes can render the goods soft handle and good colour fastness(conforming to the national standard).
