摘要
本文研究了急性一次、分次累积和慢性连续γ线照射对猕猴外周血PHA-激活淋巴细胞微核的效应。发现多分次及慢性照射所诱发的微核效应变化规律极为相似,较急性组轻微得多。不同方式γ线照射期间,各组PHA-激活淋巴细胞做核率均随照射剂量增加而显著增高,并于停照后6个月恢复到照前水平。该结果表明,PHA-激活淋巴细胞核不仅对急性,而且对慢性辐射损伤的评价,都是一项极有价值的生物学指标。
The effect of γ-radiation dose, under acute single, fractionated cumulative and chronic continuous irradiation conditions, on PHA-activated lymphocytes micronuclear frequency in peripheral blood of monkeys is reported.The results indicate that the micronuclear frequency, which is increased significantly with increasing doses under all conditions, will be recovered to normal in the 6th month after the termination of irradiation. It is also found that the laws of the micronuclear effect are very similar under the multifractionated and the chronic irradiation conditions, but they are much less than the acute result.
