摘要
40头长大生长猪随机分为 4组 ,分别饲喂添加质量分数为 0 % ,0 .0 5 % ,0 .1%和 0 .15 %酶制剂水平的玉米 -豆粕 -麦麸型试验日粮。试验表明 :试验 1组、试验 2组和试验 3组生长猪日增重分别比对照组提高 8.70 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,14.36 % (P <0 .0 1)和 18.87% (P <0 .0 1) ,料肉比依次比对照组下降 1.80 % ,10 .79%和 8.2 7%。消化试验显示试验 1组、试验 2组和试验 3组粗蛋白质的消化率分别比对照组提高 0 .2 7% ,2 .17%和 2 .2 6 % ;粗纤维消化率依次分别比对照组提高 1.5 4% ,13.93%和 18.2 7% ;粗脂肪消化率依次分别比对照组提高 0 .42 % ,4.76 %和 5 .32 % ;各组无氮浸出物消化率依次分别比对照组提高 0 .72 % ,1.14%和 1.45 %。在本试验条件下 ,0 .15 %酶制剂添加水平对生长猪生产性能和养分消化率的提高效果最明显 ;但是 0 .10 %酶制剂添加水平经济效率最高。
Forty growing pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups fed with corn-soybean meal-wheat bran diet containing 0%, 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15% enzyme preparations respectively. The test results showed that compared with the control group the daily gain of the groups No.1, No.2 and No.3 increased by 8.7% ( P< 0.05), 14.36% ( P< 0.01) and 18.87% ( P< 0.01) respectively, and the feed conversion decreased by 1.80%, 10.79% and 8.27% in their given order. The results of the digestion test showed that compared with the control group the protein digestibility of groups No.1, No.2 and No.3 respectively increased by 0.27%, 2.17% and 2.26%; the digestibility of nitrogen-free extract by 0.72%, 1.14% and 1.45%. Under the condition of the test, the effects of the enzyme addition level of 0.15% on improving the production performance and nutrient digestibility was the most significant, however the addition level of 0.10% had the best economical benefit.
