摘要
文中对R -2 1-1、R— 2 1— 3、R— 17— 3三株来自猪肠道的能够抑制大肠杆菌的产细菌素乳酸菌进行了生长曲线、最适产细菌素培养时间 ,以及抑菌谱的测定。试验结果表明 ,R— 2 1— 1、R— 2 1— 3、R— 17— 3达稳定期的培养时间分别为 14、 13、 15小时 ,三株菌所产生的抑菌物质的活性均在稳定期达最高。抑菌谱的测定表明 ,三株菌不仅对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌 (Staphylococcusaureus)、单核细胞增生利斯特氏菌 (Listeramonocytogenes5 40 0 2 )有明显的抑制作用 ,而且对革兰氏阴性菌弱毒型猪源大肠杆菌 (EscherichiacoliC 83 917)、弱毒型猪霍乱沙门氏菌 (SalmonellaC 5 0 0 )、强毒型鸡白痢沙门氏菌 (SalmonellaC 79— 13 )均有明显的抑制作用。
In this article,biological caracteristi cs of three Lactic a cid bacteria from fresh feces of pigs' that can inhibit Escherichia coli was stu died.Growth curves proved that the time from inoculation tto stationary phase of R-21-1,R-21-3,R-17-3 is 14,13,15 hours respectively.The bacteriostatic products are mainly accumulated in stationary phase. The test of bacterial inhibition zo ne proved that the three LAB can inhibit not only positive bacteria(Gram stain), such as staphylococcus aureus and Listera monocytogenes,but also negative bacter ia as E.coli,Salomonella(C500)and Salmonella(C97-13).From this test,we can say t he three LAB have promising use both as probiotics and as biological preservativ es.
