摘要
素质教育是我国教育改革的根本目标。烹饪专业素质教育包括思想品德素质、人文素质、业务技术素质、身体素质教育。高校必须通过深化教学改革、加强师资队伍建设、发挥学生的主体作用等途径 ,加强素质教育 。
Quality education is a basic target in the educational reformation of our country.The quality education of cuisine specialty includes educations of ideological morality quality,humane quality,technical quality and health quality. Higher learning institutions will improve quality education and quality of personnels of cuisine specialty by means of deepening teaching reformation; strengthening the building of teaching team;giving the rein to the students'functions.
