摘要
开发石油用抗静电过滤布 ,可根据高聚物静电起电机理 ,按照石油过滤过程中与不同材料摩擦产生不同电荷的特性 ,选择产生相异电荷的涤纶与锦纶交织制成滤布。实验结果表明 ,按适当比例交织的两种纤维在摩擦时产生的电荷可以相互抵消 ,此种过滤布即可满足抗静电的要求 。
We weave anti static filter fibrics by using two kinds of fiber, polyester and nylon, generating different electric charges. Experiments demonstrate that the charge produced by two kinds of fibers with appropriate proportion under rubbing can be neutralized. It is comparable with typical anti static filter fabrics in characteristics.
