摘要
测量了马氏体(Fe-Ni)相变过程和热弹马氏体(Ti-Ni、Cu-Zn-Al)相变过程中的正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱线形参数,其数据对于认识马氏体和热弹马氏体相变的本质,相变过程中的缺陷变化和相变前驱效应,对于解释形状记忆效应是有用的。
Measurements of S-lineshape parameter of Doppler-broadening spectra of positron annihilation were carried out during martensite(Fe-Ni) and thermoelastic martensite(Ti-Ni, Cu-Zn-Al) transformations. The data are useful to explain the difference between martensite and thermoelastic martensite transformation, the change of defects during transformation, the premonitory effect and the shape memory effect.
