摘要
目的 :探讨关节滑膜软骨瘤病在关节镜下的表现、诊断要点、治疗及疗效分析。方法 :本组 2 4例 ,共 2 6个关节 ,其中膝关节 2 3个 ,肘关节 2个 ,踝关节 1个 ;男 17例 ,女 7例 ,男女比例 2 .4∶1;年龄 18～ 73岁 ,平均 5 3岁。均行关节镜检查镜下软骨瘤取出及病变滑膜切除 ,并描述了该病在关节镜下的表现形式 (滑膜表面型 ;滑膜层包裹型 ;关节囊纤维层包裹型 ;游离体型 )和处理方法。结果 :2 2例 2 4个关节获得了平均 2 4.5个月随访 ,未见复发 ,关节功能均好于术前 ,效果满意。仅有 2例遗漏了 2个游离体 ,无其它并发症。结论
Objective: To study the clinical features, diagnostic methods, treatment and result of synovial chondromatosis under arthroscopy.Methods: 24 patients(26 joints) with synovial chondromatosis of 23 knee joints, 2 elbow joints, 1 ankle joint. Arthroscopic synovectomy and removal of loose bodies were done in all patients. Results: 22 of these patients (24 joints) were followed up for an average of 24.5 months. Removal of loose bodies and synovectomy were under arthroscopy in the joints. A good result was obtained in all cases. Only two patients had one loose body omitted in the joint after operation respectively. Conclusion: The present results showed arthroscopic removal of cartilaginous bodies with synovectomy were the good selection of treatment for synovial chondromatosis of the joints.
