摘要
采用了日本岛津 CS-9301PC 双波长薄层扫描仪测定精芪口服液中黄芪甲甙的含量。结果表明本法可消除处方中其它成份的干扰,具有斑点单一、分离度高、重现性好、简便准确等特点,可作为其内在质量控制的方法。
The content of astragalin in Jinqi Oral Liquid was determined by CS-9301 PC pairs of wavelength thin layer scanner.The results have shown that the method is a simple,accurate and sensitivity and used as its quality control standard.
