摘要
目的：测定丹红注射液中原儿茶醛含量。方法：以乙醚萃取并制成供试品，以薄层扫描法测定。结果：平均回收率为97.5%，RSD=2.9%。3批样品中的原儿茶醛含量分别为21.92， 22.84，18.16 mg·L-1。结论：本法简便、快速、灵敏，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine protocatechualdehyde in the Dan hong injection. METHODS Dan hong injection was extracted with ether,and then were processed into the samples, finally testing samples were determined by TLC Scanning. RESULTS Average recovery was 97.5%,and RSD=2.9%,the contents of the protocatec hualdehyde in three groups of samples are 21.92，22.84，18.16 mg·L -1 respectively. CONCLUSIONS The method can be used for quality control of Dan Hong injection.
