摘要
目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定头孢他啶注射剂含量的方法。方法：以甲硝唑为内标，所用色谱柱为ODS柱，流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(含0.08％NaH2PO4 ，pH=4.7)-甲醇＝9∶1，流速1.5 ml·min-1，检测波长为254 nm。结果：在5.0～50.0 μg·ml-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系，r＝0.9999 。 平均回收率为100.6%，RSD＝0.79%。与中国药典2000年版方法相比，差异无显著性 （P>0.05）。结论：采用内标法测定简便，快速，灵敏，准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of ceftazidime injection. METHODS A reversed phase column packed with C18(5 μm) was used.The mobile phase w as phosphate buffer (0.08% sodium phosphate monobasic，pH=4.7)－methanol ( 9∶1,v/v) and the flow rate was 1.5 ml·min-1，the dection wavel ength was 254 nm and metronidazole as internal standard. RESULTS The Linearity ranges was good in 5.0～50.0 μg·ml-1，r=0. 9999.The average recovery was 100.6%,RSD=0.79%.There were no significa nt differences between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000) method and the HPLC meth od (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS This is a simple, convenient method.
