摘要
目的：对氟比洛芬巴布剂进行体外质量评价。方法：按照中国药典（2000版）的有关规定，对氟比洛芬巴布剂的释放度、透皮性能、粘着性、赋 型性、稳定性、皮肤刺激性进行考察。结果：氟比洛芬巴布剂释药符合Higuchi方程，透皮呈零级过程，48 h累积透过量达32%，粘着性、 赋型性、稳定性、皮肤刺激性均达到要求。结论：氟比洛芬巴布剂有望成为一种安全、舒适的局部给药体系。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of flurbiprofen cataplasms. METHODS According to tre requirement of Chinese pharmacopoeia(2000),the quality of flurb iprofen cataplasms,including release,penetraton rofiles,adhension,stability and irritation,was studied. RESULTS The release curve of flurbiprofen in cataplasms followed Higuchi equation.Flurbi profen could permeat through excised mouse skin at zero rate with the cumulative penetrating quantity amounting to 31%.The flubiprofen cataplasm had appropriate adhension,high stability,and no irritation to skin. CONCLUSIONS A safe and comfortable flubiprofen cataplasm was developed.
