脊髓造影与CTM诊断腰椎间盘突出症与手术对照分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :评价脊髓造影与CTM联合应用诊断腰椎间盘突出症的价值。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0 0例经手术证实的腰椎间盘突出症患者脊髓造影与CTM检查的影像资料。结果 :单个腰椎间盘突出 45例 ,多个腰椎间盘突出 15 5例 ,脊髓造影诊断腰椎间盘突出 191例 ,符合率 95 .5 % ,CTM诊断腰椎间盘突出症 2 0 0例 ,符合率 10 0 %。结论 :脊髓造影、CTM诊断腰椎间盘突出症敏感性高 ,并互相补充 ,能准确提供腰椎间盘突出的部位、方向、程度及分型等 ,为临床治疗方法、尤其是手术方式的选择提供重要的依据。 Objective:To assess the value of myelography and CTM for the diagnosis of intervertebral disc hernia.Methods:Myelography and CTM scanning were performed in 200 patients with surgically proved intervertebral disc hernia.Results:The diagnosis accuracy of 45 cases single intervertebral disc hernia and 155 cases multiple intervertebral disc hernia,was 191 out of 200 by myelography(95.5%),200 out of 200 by CTM(100%)Conclusion:The location,direction,degree and section in intervertebral disc hernia are clearly demonstrated,myelography and CTM for the diagnosis of intervertebral disc hernia demonstrate high sensitivity,they can be used as modality for evaluating the therapeutic effect and the choice of operation,can be employed in routine diagnosis.
