运动能量图技术在超声心动图中的初步应用

摘要 目的 探讨心肌能量运动图技术 (PMI ) ,在显像困难病人及心肌梗死患者中的临床应用价值 .方法  13例因肥胖、肋间隙狭窄、肺气过多而致超声心动图显像不理想的患者和 15例不同部位心肌梗死患者的室壁情况作了观察 .结果  2 8例观察对象的二维图像均得到了明显改善 ,尤其对心梗死后患者不仅可清晰观察室壁运动 ,而且可对室壁厚度进行准确测量 .结论 PMI是一种有效改善心肌显像困难病人二维图像质量的方法 ,值得进一步推广应用 . Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of Power Motion Imaging (PMI) in difficult-to-image and myocardial Infarction Patients. Methods Thirteen difficult-to-patients including Individuals with overweight, have narrow rib spaces overlying lung Tissue and fifteen myocardial infarction patients were examined. Results 28 cases Showed that PMI could enhance the quality of the 2D image obviously, Especially the motion in myocardial infarction patients and the thickness of the wall can be seen clearly. Conclusions PMI can play an important role in improvement 2D image in difficult-to-patients, it should be used widely.
