摘要
目的 :回顾总结临床应用内镜埋植皮肤扩张器的临床经验。 方法 :应用内镜埋植扩张器临床应用 16例 ,共埋植扩张器 37枚。内镜主要用于组织腔隙的剥离和止血 ,肿胀技术的应用有助于剥离和减少出血。 结果 :除 1例患者术后3天因结扎线头脱落而发生血肿之外 ,其他患者伤口均一期愈合 ,效果良好。 结论 :应用内镜埋植扩张器有以下优点 :剥离层次清楚 ,不易损伤大的血管神经 ,止血彻底 ,术后不容易发生血肿和扩张器外露等并发症 ,其缺点是设备较贵 。
Objective:To review clinical experiences in application of endoscopes in placement of tissue expanders Methods:Endoscope was used to place tissue expanders in 16 patients and 37 tissue expanders Endoscope was used in development of the optical cavity,dissection of the expander pocket,insertion of expander Tumesent technique is very helpful for endoscopic plastic surgery Results:All the patients except one have gotten very good results Only one patient developed a hematoma Conclusion:The advantages of application of endoscopies in the placement of tissue expander are less hematoma,easy to dissection,less exposure of tissue expander,and less dehiscence of the wound
