摘要
目的 :报道一种既不显瘢痕又摘除乳房肿块的方法。 方法 :回顾分析 85 8例乳晕切口行乳房肿块切除术的应用情况 ,经乳晕切口将肿块推至切口端 ,缝扎牵引 ,直视下切除肿块。 结果 :临床应用 85 8例 ,全部取得了良好的效果 ,切口瘢痕不显且保持了乳房的圆润外形 ,医患均满意。 结论 :在操作技术熟练的基础上 ,开展乳晕切口行乳房肿块切除术是安全可行的 ,既达到了治疗目的 。
Objective: To report on a treatment which leaves no scars and cuts off phymas. Methods:To review and analyze 858 applications of cutting off phymas of breast areola at incision, pushing the phymas from the areola incisions to the cut ends, sew up and cut off the phymas. Results:858 clinical applications have all resulted in good effects, leaving no clear scars and remaining smooth shapes, which has satisfied both the doctors and the patients. Conclusion:On the basis of skillful operation, it is both safe and practicable to exercises the cutting off phymas of breast at areola incisions. It can achieve the goal of treatment and can meet the requirements of aesthetics as well.
