摘要
目的 :评估真皮下血管网游离皮片修复面部组织缺损的疗效。 方法 :对2 0例面部组织缺损的病人应用带真皮下血管网皮片游离植皮修复面部组织缺损。 结果 :所有病例 2周后拆线时皮片全部成活 ,术后 3个月随访 ,病人全部满意。 结论 :带真皮下血管网皮片游离移植修复面部组织损方法简便 ,手术效果肯定 。
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of repairing facial tissue defect with sub-dermal vascular network(SVN)free skin graft Methods:20 patients whose facial tissue were defect have been repaired with SVN free skin graft Results:All of the skin graft were survival The whole patients were satisfactory when follow-up survey after 3 months Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient,the operational effect is satisfactory,and it can be used popularly
