摘要
应用体外骨髓基质细胞贴壁培养的方法,观察了小鼠骨髓贴壁细胞的形态及其对造血的调控作用。结果表明,两类大小、形态、吞噬功能及组化染色有所差异的基质细胞群体分别具有巨噬细胞和成纤维细胞样特征。贴壁细胞对粒—单系祖细胞的增殖表现为明显的刺激作用,而对多能造血干细胞无明显调控。提示骨髓基质细胞在造血祖细胞阶段的分化增殖过程中具有一定作用。
By using the techniques of in vitro bone marrow long-term liquid culture system,we observed the morphological features of murine bone marrow stroma cells and their hemotopo etic regulation. At least two types of stroma cells were identified depending on morphological, cytochemical and phagocytic examination. They had some morpho-logical characteristics of phagocytes and fibroblasts respectively. These stroma cells and their cultured supernatant showed stimulating effect on the growth of colony forming unit-grantilocyte monocyte. They had no obvious actions on the colony forming unit-stleen. It seems that such actions are exerted mainly in the progenitor stage.
