摘要
对103例高血脂、脑动脉硬化病人,采用自身对照和历史对照的方法,服用我们研制的提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的脑脉通胶囊。服用该药1个月后血清HDL-C浓度极显著的增高(P<0.001),甘油三酯极明显下降(P<0.001),HDL-C及HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C比值明显增高(P<0.005)。同时发现该制剂有改善血液粘稠度的作用,历史对照脑脉通成分之一有抑制血小板凝集作用,抑制作用可持续12～24h以上,这对预防缺血性心、脑血管病有重要的临床价值。
Determination of the high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and lipids were carried out in 103 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis or hyperlipidemia. the results showed that the one and three months after the use of the Brain-Vessel-Pass Capsule (BVP),levels of HDL-C were significantly higher (P<0.001) and the levels of triglyceride weresignificantly lower (P<0.01) than before the use of the BVP. The results suggest that the BVP can elevate the levels of HDL-C and that the BVP might be a useful drug to prevent the ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
