摘要
本文采用 Monte Carlo方法研究了激光血管内照射 ,在不同的激光入射角、不同的激光发散角和不同的血管直径、以及入射点偏离血管中心轴线情况下 ,光在血管血液中的分布或吸收状况。研究说明 ,激光血管内照射应确保入射光纤与被照射血管相平行 ,从光纤输出的激光要有较小的发散角 ,被照射血管的直径应大于 6 mm ,使激光能量得以充分吸收 。
Transmission properties of the ray in laser intravascular irradiation blood therapy are researched with Monte Carlo method.The distribution and absorption of photons are obtained in different conditions,for example,in different incidence and emanation angles,in different blood vessels or different incidence points which deviate from center axis of the blood vessel.According to our research,the incidence fiber must parallelism with the blood vessel,the angle between the fiber and the vessel must be small and the diameter of the blood vessel must be larger than 6 mm in laser intravascular irradiation blood therapy.Only in this way,the incidence laser can be fully absorbed and the influence caused by the incidence point deviation can be reduced.
