摘要
利用聚合物先驱溶液法在 Si O2 基片上制备了 L a0 .6 7Ca0 .33Mn Ox 薄膜 ,用 X-射线衍射仪分析的薄膜结晶情况表明了材料是一种多晶薄膜。用标准四探针法测量了薄膜的庞磁电阻效应性能。发现用这种方法在 Si O2 基片上所制得的薄膜在 2 34K左右和 5 .5 T时的磁电阻 MR达到了 4 4 % ,结果表明这种方法能够在普通 Si O2
La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO x thin film was prepared on SiO 2 substrate using a new cheap method based polymer precursor.XRD analysis shows that this kind of film is polycrystalline film.At temperature 234 K and 5.5 T,a large magnetoresistance,Δ R/R(H =0),of 44% has been observed in this kind of films.All of this show that this kind of method is a new applicable cheaper method than PLD method and has a strong application future
