摘要
无创超声治疗使用的体外聚焦超声换能器的聚焦方式有多种 ,多元组合聚焦是其中之一。与其他聚焦方式相比 ,多元组合聚焦超声换能器具有较大的聚焦深度、较理想的焦域以及较高的声强度等优点 ,并且聚焦区域和声强度易于控制。提出了一种新的多阵元球壳形超声换能器结构 ,该换能器由 113个排列在一个孔径为 112 mm的球形凹面上的圆形压电陶瓷片构成 ,焦距为 10 0 m m,工作频率为 1MHz。并应用几何声学法建立了换能器的声场的计算模型 ,并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明 :该换能器具有优异的声场性能 ,与机械扫描的方法相结合应用于高强度聚焦超声无创治疗设备 ,将极大地降低设备的复杂性 。
There are many kinds of focusing methods for noninvasive therapy,muti elements focused ultrasound transducer is one of them.Comparing with other kinds of focusing methods,it has a lot of merits:a deeper focal length,a greater ultrasound intensity and an ideal focal region and all of them are easily controlled.In this paper,a new Multi elements spherical ultrasound transducer has been developed for ultrasound noninvasive therapy,it incorporates 113 8 mm diameter circular piezoelectric ceramics elements mounted on a spherical shell,it has a 100 mm focal length and is operated at 1 MHz.According to the research,a computer model of acoustic field has been developed.The results suggest that this kind of transducer has good acoustic performance,it can greatly lower the complexity of ultrasound therapy apparatus when controlled by mechanical scanning method,and perfectly meet the needs of ultrasound noninvasive therapy.
