研究了两种去极化剂对液体钽电容器的阴极界面双电层及电容器电性能的影响。实验表明在低压与高压液体钽电容器电解液中添加 Cu SO4 · 5 H2 O与 VOSO4
In this paper,the influence of two depolarizing agents on the double electric layer of cathode interface and the electrical performance of wet tantum capacitors is studied.Our experiments show that CuSO 4·5H 2O and VOSO 4 used in working electrolyte of low voltage and high voltage wet tantum capacitors respectively can vesult in better electrical performance.
