摘要
试验测出了电容器的气体析出曲线,研究了升压电流、蒸汽压和电解液量等对释放气体压力的影响。试验结果表明:升压电流越大,释放气体越多;电容器中多余电解液越多,其内压越大。推算了电容器临界起鼓压力为6860 Pa(21℃)。对电容器中气体析出的抑制方法进行了探讨。
The curves of gas liberation in Al electrolytic capacitors are determined by tests. The influences of current at rising voltage, vapor pressure and amount of electrolyte on gas liberation are investigated. The results show that the higher the current at rising voltage, the more the gas liberated, and that the more the redundant electrolyte, the higher the inner pressure. The critical bulging pressure in capacitors is deduced and the inhibiting method of gas liberation briefly presented.
