摘要
轮胎起重机多路信号传输装置是微机在工程机械上的新应用,本文选用8031AH 单片机设计和研制出多路信号传输装置。这种装置利用双微机间的半双工倍串行通讯方式,仅用两根传输线可实现二十四个开关量和三个模拟量的信号传输,从而有效地减少轮胎超重机上、下车两电系之间信号传输的线路数,提高了轮胎起重机的性能。
In this paper,a multiplex signal transmitter has been successfully develo-ped with the 8031AH single chip microcomputer.By means of the half-duplextransmission between two microcomputers,it fulfills the signal transmissionbetween twenty-four switching quantities and three analogue quantities withonly two transmission lines.Thus the transmission between electric systems ofup-part and down-part is reduced effectively,and the function of the typecrane has been improved greatly.
