摘要
在太钢烧结料层不能有效提高的条件下 ,进行小风量、低负压、慢机速、低碳工业性试验 ,烧结矿显微结构明显具备了低温烧结矿的结构 ,烧结矿强度提高冶金性能改善 ,固体燃耗大大降低。
Under the constraint that the existing sintering bed at TISC can remain only on a fixed level an industrial scale test is carried out by employing the technology of low blowing volume, low suction pressure, slow strand speed and low carbon content. Results indicate that the microstructure of the sintered ore conforms to that of the low temperature sintered ore and it exhibits higher tumble strength and better metallurgical properties. As the results the consumption of the solid fuel is drastically reduced. The success of the test provides a solid basis upon which the application of the low temperature sintering technology can be greatly promoted.
