摘要
铝酸钠溶液中存在着一定量的Na_2SO_4(Ns)杂质,对氧化铝生产过程中溶出、分解、蒸发等工序造成一定影响,本文着重研究分解原液中杂质Na_2SO_4对种子分解过程中分解率及分解产品粒度的影响,并得出了种子分解率与杂质相含量NS之间的数学关系。
During A12O3 production,the Na2O4(Ns) inclusion in sodium aluminate solution has some effects on some processes such as digestion, decomposation evapovation etc. The paper researches the effects of Na2CO3 ,Na2SO4 on the decomposition ratio and decomposes product grain size during the seed decomposition,and draw a Mathemetical relation between decomposition ratio and,Ns contents.
