我国西部地区幅员辽阔 ,地广人稀 ,矿产资源蕴藏丰富、种类齐全 ,潜在价值巨大。所以 ,开发建设西部 ,发展西部经济 ,必须充分依靠利用矿产资源的优势 ,才能更有效的贯彻落实党中央、国务院“实施西部大开发战略”决策。
The development of west part of China has a great potential value as it enjoys vast territory and abundant mineral resources.In order to develop economy and implement the strategic dicision of the state on develop west part,it is necessary to make full use of the superiority of its mineral resources.
