摘要
研究了四川会东新山金红石矿的岩石类型、矿石的结构构造 ,矿物种类、含量、嵌布粒度特性及矿石的化学成份 ,测定了主要矿物的工艺特性参数。进行了磁、重抛尾 ,酸洗精选试验及电选试验研究。采用重—磁—酸洗—电选流程 ,可以得到精矿 1品位TiO2 90 16 % ,精矿 2品位TiO2 81 0 7% ,精矿 3TiO2 6 3 5 7% ,回收率分别为 34 35 %、 9 2 7%、 4 34%。打破了该金红石矿不可选的结论。
The lithological and mineralogical properties,chemical composition,technological characteristic parameters of major minerals in rutile bearing rocks at Huidong have been studied and determined.The test of magnetic-gravity separation,pickling and electric concentration showed the TiO 2 in concentrate has been reached 90 16%,81 07% and 63 57% with a recovery of 34 35%,9 27% and 4 34%.It means rutile of this kind is separatable.
