奥钢联成功开发出用于冶金炉连续测温的 VAI- CON Tem p系统 ,并在工业生产条件下的 KMS、AOD和 L D转炉以及真空脱气设备上进行了充分测试 ,证明为改进炼钢工艺控制提供了巨大潜力。 VAI-CON Tem p连续测温系统可在整个炼钢周期内提供高精度的温度结果 。
VAI has successfully developed and implemented a new continuous temperature monitoring system for metallurgical vessels which is marketed under the trade name of VAI CON Temp. Exhaustively tested and proven under industrial conditions in KMS, AOD, LD and vacuum degassing facilities, this innovative system offers considerable potential for improved process control in steelmaking. The VAI CON Temp solution provides highly accurate temperature results during the entire heat cycle, fully substituting conventional, discontinuous temperature measurement techniques.
