摘要
通过金相、扫描电镜 (SEM)和力学性能试验等对 HQ130耐磨高强钢及焊接区的组织性能和工程应用进行了研究 ,试验结果表明 ,HQ130耐磨高强钢具有高淬透性和优良的冶金质量 ,采用合理的热处理工艺可获得综合性能较好的低碳回火马氏体 (ML )基体组织 ,具有高强度 (σb≥ 130 0 MPa)、高硬度和较高的缺口冲击韧性 ,尤其是具有良好的焊接性。采用 Ar+CO2 气体保护焊和“低强匹配”焊丝可实现对 HQ130 +QJ6 3高强钢在不预热条件下进行焊接 ,改善了焊接施工条件 。
The microstructure and engineering application of HQ130 wear resistant high strength steel were studied by means of microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and mechanical property test etc Experimental results indicate that HQ130 high strength steel has high harden ability and good metallurgical quality By reasonable heat treatment technology, HQ130 steel can possess low carbon tempered martensite(ML) and high strength (σ b≥1300 MPa), high hardness as well as high notch impact toughness, particularly excellent weldability. HQ130+QJ63 steel can be welded using Ar+CO 2 welding and 'under match wire' without preheating In this way, the welding conditions can be improved and the joint properties can satisfy the requirements of high strength and wear resistance for shovel blade of engineering loading machine
